1) Silly as it sounds, to me, it's a genuine mockumentary. Banksy had genuine information and his message was inspired on the streets. The mockumentary would be about Thierry. 2) The street artists' wanted to go really public with their art and to me, it shows that they want people to know who they are yet they want to stay anonymous when it comes to upfront contact. They also wanted to show people what they can do. They were effective because even though it's considered vandalism, people would stop to stare and whether they may admit or not, they would most likely find them amusing. 3) Mr. Brainwash was someone who incorporated Banksy's work and the other street artists' work (in the video.) He was only effective because he opened an art show and presented himself. 4) The key differences between MBW & street artists are that MBW showed himself upfront, he wanted everyone to know exactly who he was and behind the art, he wanted to let people see it was him doing it. He wasn't anonymous; street artists were vise versa. 5) What brought a lot of people to the show was Banksy's promotion. 6) Graffiti is vandalism but the real message is the art. It sucks having your property being painted but for other people, looking at it is much more interesting. If someone painted on my wall, I'd honestly have to judge based on what the drawing is. If it's utterly horrible, I'd flip shiz. Similarities between graffiti and guerilla marketing is that it's in the public eye, art on the wall and it's marketing something. Either an idea or an item.

If I were to advertise something of my own that I'm giving up and getting money for it (that didn't make sense but..) I would probably give up my newborn dogs. A lot of people love dogs and my dad wouldn't have much of a problem with it. Well, of course, my dog has to produce more puppies but that is all.

My lazy employees
If I had a lazy employee who always showed up late and was totally unmotivated to even do the work. I would confront them and see what the deal is. If it was a you can shake it off kind of reason then I would give them a day break to see if they would like to continue working. If it was a really cut-deep personal reason then I would still give them a break and they can choose to keep working there or not. If it was a dumb reason like 'I just don't feel like it' then off to the dungeons of fired employees they go. My leadership would vary between my employees, it's what I would think - best suits them. But I would usually use a democratic leadership style for the majority of my employees.

Why is customer service important?
Customer service is important because of many reasons. One can be that it encourages security and enthusiasm within the customer. It also shows that us employees care and that we're more productive than just selling products/services. Before the selling, it encourages sale and after the selling it encourages the customer to come back and give a good review on the store; HENCE giving the store a good reputation.

Stanley's Video
During the video the CEO claimed culture matters, and how things get read rather than spreadsheets and all the paperwork. He also said leadership was important and to be liked is a really good thing. Putting passion and culture into the school store definitely improves to what the school store is doing now. It's good to be more upfront rather than wait to be noticed.
" What I learned about marketing in physics class " - Dan Cobley
Newton's Law: Force = Mass x Accelerations. "The more mass of the brand the more baggage it has, the more force is needed to change its positioning." The bigger the brand, the harder to reposition it. People contradict some of the things they say due to media consumption. Try to measure what consumers actually do not what they say they do. "You cannot prove the hypothesis through observation. You can only disprove it. You can believe in a brand but it can take one single thing to blow the consumer's belief. Try to avoid the screw ups that can undermine the brand. Entropy is a measure of disorder of a system that will always increase. Disbursement of brand energy, you need to embrace it.

AIDA is attracting the customer's attention, interest in demonstrating advantages and disadvantages, desire to show that we can solve whatever problem the customer's have. And getting the customer to take action: Like buying it. The first poster is informative, average enough, grammar is average, neatness is average. Man, I just can't do this right now.

The ways I can convince someone to buy the ugliest sweater in the world is buy marketing the product, making it seem like it's the best sweater in the world. I'd target my market to maybe elders or confused teenagers. I'd claim it's for unique people who have unique style. Also, I'd put maybe a small christmas gift to go along with it, it may give them an inquisitive insight into what the gift may be and they'll buy the sweater to figure it out. If I've been rejected? Thats A-OK, onto the next one, and I'll bug them out of their minds and then they'll end up buying the ugliest sweater for christmas.
